Return & Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE once you have placed an order, you have 24 hours to make any necessary changes. After 24 hours I am unable to make any changes and there will be no refunds for this.

 

IMPORTANT: All inclusions must be sent within 100 days of placing order. After 150 days you forfeit your order and you will have to place a new order. No refunds will be made if you fail to send your inclusions in for your piece to be made within this time frame, unless otherwise communicated.

 

Your breastmilk is preserved to ensure your piece lasts a lifetime. Your keepsake should not discolor due to the preservation of the "personal memories".

Return/Refund Policy:

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS IF RING SIZE ORDERED DOES NOT FIT. PLEASE BE 100% SURE ON RING SIZE BEFORE ORDERING. IF A DIFFERENT SIZE IS NEEDED, THERE WILL BE FEES.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.

If when you receive your order and feel there is a problem. Please send us an email with clear pictures. Each complaint is judged by the designer on a case by case basis.

Any exchanges or remakes are not covered by Meraki Hollow if it has been longer than three days since you received your item and failed to promptly notify us of your concerns or if the designer has determined that your jewelry concerns fall within the normal range of homemade variations.

All pre made ready to ship items are final sale.

by purchasing from Meraki Hollow, you understand that your piece will not be 100% "flawless" due to the nature of homemade products.

 

Liability Policy:

Please be aware that by purchasing a keepsake from Meraki Hollow and sending in your "personal memories" that you free Meraki Hollow, the owner/designer, Alissa Ramsey, and all estate and associates of Alissa Ramsey from any liability of your "personal memories". It is requested that you DO NOT send the very last of any of your "personal memories" and that you reserve some at home.  For "personal memories" that you send, we are released from ALL liability or legal pursuit for any accidents or loss to your "personal memories" including a fire, flood, studio robbery, Act of God, or other accidents. Your order and sending of "personal memories" implies your agreement and understanding of this policy.

 

Stone ring resetting or replacement:

If your "personal memories" stone falls out of a ring setting and you are able to locate the stone, we will repair it for free for 60 days from the time you received your original order (you are responsible for shipping charges). If the stone is lost we can make and set a new stone for a small fee but you will have to send the ring back to us along with your "personal memories" again (you are responsible for shipping charges).

After the 60 day mark a $10 (plus shipping) resetting fee will be in place even if you still have the original stone. If the stone is lost we can make and set a new stone but there will be a fee to remake the stone (fee will depend on stone size). (You are responsible for shipping charges, returning the ring and more of your "personal memories").
