Shipping & Return Policy

Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If an item arrives defective or damaged please email us at Meraki.hollow@gmail.com
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We do our best to inspect every item before it ships out to you but, we are human.

Shipping: Please allow 5-10 business days for your items to ship. Although, we try our best to get orders out much sooner!

We understand that size exchanges are sometimes needed. If for whatever reason you need to make an exchange, please contact us at Meraki.hollow@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you. To exchange an item: the item must be in new and unused, unwashed condition with tags attached. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to process an exchange. Exchange shipping is the buyers responsibility.

We do not allow returns. If an exchange for a different size is unavailable we can issue a store credit. We do not offer refunds for any reason. 

Any store credit (minus shipping) will be issued after the item being returned has been inspected to ensure it is in new and unused condition.

Return shipping fees will be buyers responsibility for any returns.

All sale or discounted items and pre order items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

Order placed within 24 hours of each other will be merged unless already shipped separately. Shipping fees cannot be refunded for merged orders.

Please understand, due to the limited availability of our items, we may not be able to replace with the same design, size, or style from your return.
