This is my story.

In 2020, we experienced our first devastating loss. This experience is what made this business really come to life. I wanted something I could keep forever to remember my baby. I have always had a heart to create and already had experience using and creating with these materials.

(Please note...Not everyone is able to keep remains from a miscarriage. Example: if you miscarry in a hospital they may not let you take any remains home with you. But if you are able to, this could be a very special way to remember your baby. Find a professional to encapsulate it for you. Or if there are non around you, please email me for assistance!)

I am a wife and mother. My husband, Marcus, and I have 5 children, Lucy (9), Alexander (8), Ezekiel (5), Nehemiah (3), Evoleht (infant). And our babies in heaven, Amos & Lilly.

Meraki; means to do something with soul, creativity, or love.

I pour my heart into everything that I do, just as I will pour my heart into each piece that I custom make for you. 

Hollow; means having a hole or empty space inside.

I fill that hole or empty space in the jewelry to make something special, for you, that I hope will fill that space inside your heart.

I am honored to pour my heart into creating something unique for you too.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email that also includes the mailing address. It is not listed on this website for privacy reasons. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of mailing "personal memories" to me.

We request that you try to mail your personal memories to us within 30 days of placing your order. 

1. Write your order number on the outside of your package.

2. Make sure your name is clearly written on the package and matches your name on the order.

3. Mail your items in a bubble lined mailer with a tracking number to ensure safety of your memories.

4. Triple bag breastmilk when shipping to ensure no possible leaks.

5. If shipping more than one "personal memory" please clearly label each one.

6. Please include a note listing your items ordered and any customizations added to each item.

We require 1 to 2 teaspoons of each inclusion.

Placenta Powder: I will only accept dehydrated and ground placenta powder.

Miscarriage Remains: I will only accept dehydrated and ground miscarriage remains.

Breastmilk: Fresh or frozen will be accepted. Age of milk does not matter as it will not affect the preservation process. (If frozen, please thaw milk before shipping. Do not send milk with ice packs!)

Formula: Must be in powder form.

Umbilical Stump: I will only accept dehydrated cord. Please have it ground if you want it in many pieces, otherwise send in the size/piece you want included.

Ashes: Do not send us all the ashes that you have. Any ashes not used will be sent back with your design.

Hair: Please tie lock of hair together with a piece of string.

Other inclusion: Please discuss with me by email.

Homemade Jewelry:

Every piece of Jewelry I make is individually handcrafted. This means no two pieces will ever be the same. Colors, textures, and amount of inclusions are all factors in how each piece will turn out. By submitting an order with Meraki Hollow, you have chosen to have a handcrafted piece and you may see evidence of that in your jewelry. Common variations in handmade keepsake items may include but are not limited to, tiny air bubbles, mold lines, evidence of hand shaping, tough edges. Ashes and breastmilk both are different in variations in color as well, each piece will be uniquely different and will be the color of what the natural "personal memory" is in appearance. I take pride in my work and I will never send out a piece that I wouldn't be proud to wear myself. These variations are only cosmetic and will not harm the life of your piece. I will not remake or refund any pieces for these reasons. As with all handmade items there is no such thing as a perfect piece.

Turn around time:

This all depends on the amount of orders I am fulfilling at a time. I work on the jewelry in the order of which I receive the "personal memories". At this time you could expect your order to ship within 60 days from the day I receive your "personal memory". If you are only ordering items that are pre made and ready to ship, they will ship within 5-7 days of placing your order.

ALL ITEMS SHIP FREE in the USA (With the exception of the add on items. Add on items are to be added to a purchase, not purchased alone.)

Tracking will be sent to you once your order ships.
